All payments made for course enrollments, digital certifications, and study materials on Vidyaa Vistaraa are processed securely through Razorpay.

2. Refund Request Window

If you experience technical issues accessing your course modules, you may submit a refund inquiry within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team at support@vidyaavistaraa.com.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
